What is AI visibility — and why does it matter?

AI visibility is how often — and how prominently — your brand appears when AI systems like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI Overviews answer questions about your product category.

Think about how buying decisions used to work: someone Googles "best email marketing tool", scans ten blue links, and clicks through to compare. Your brand had a shot as long as you showed up on page one.
