1. What we collect
When you use LLMEyes, we collect the following:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or request a scan report by email.
- Brand names you scan — to run your AI visibility report.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address (country, city, region) to provide geographically relevant results. We do not store your raw IP address.
- Browser / device info — user agent string, for analytics and debugging.
- Usage data — pages visited, scan actions, via Google Analytics (if enabled). This is anonymised and aggregated.
We do not collect passwords, payment details, or any sensitive personal data.
2. How we use it
- To generate and deliver your AI visibility scan report.
- To send you the scan report by email when requested.
- To notify you when we launch new features (waitlist emails only).
- To improve the product — understanding which brands are scanned and how results are used.
- To debug issues and maintain service reliability.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (a Postgres-based cloud database hosted on AWS). Scan results and prompt logs are retained for product improvement. Email addresses are stored securely and used only as described above.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate LLMEyes:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT) — to run brand visibility queries.
- Google Gemini — to run brand visibility queries and generate insights.
- Supabase — database storage.
- Vercel — hosting and edge network.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics (if enabled).
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Brand names you scan are sent to OpenAI and Google Gemini as part of query generation.
5. Cookies
We use minimal, necessary cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of your email address or any data associated with your account at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
