1. Acceptance

By using LLMEyes ("LLMEyes", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

LLMEyes is an AI brand visibility analytics tool. It queries large language models (including ChatGPT and Gemini) to measure how a given brand appears in AI-generated answers, and provides metrics including mention rate, sentiment, competitor share of voice, and citation sources.

Results reflect the responses of third-party AI models at the time of the scan and may vary between runs. LLMEyes does not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements to your brand's AI visibility.

3. Free tier and fair use

The free scan is provided as-is, one scan per user. We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage to prevent abuse. Automated scanning, scraping, or programmatic access to the service without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to scan brands you do not own or have authorization to research for competitive intelligence in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the service.
  • Use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or misleading content.
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code comprising LLMEyes is owned by us or licensed to us. Scan reports generated for your brand are provided for your own use. You may not redistribute or resell scan reports without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI model responses are non-deterministic and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of scan results.

Results depend on the training data and behaviour of third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google) which are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMEyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
